Okay, since I had good feedback from my last Food Glorious Food post, I thought I’d do another! This time it is inspired by a very good American restaurant in Europe, The Buffalo Grill! We went there a while ago in Toulouse, and we enjoyed it very much, and we have carried back, the nice Hash-brown Burger recipe, home!
1. Get some burger buns and add a couple of your favourite fillings. I like Cheese and Tomato and sometimes lettuce, but this time I went simple.
2. Then add a nice Hash-Brown, Meat (If your vegetarian, skip this!) and if you really want, add another Hash-Brown… or half!
3: Add the top, and any other fillings, like Onions!
You can add your favourite sauce too! Mine is Heinz BBQ, because it isn’t too sweet, but adds a bit of extra ‘umph’ to your food!
