My Style: Chin Up Buttercup….

By May 7, 2013 Fashion, My Style

I don’t want this blog to become fully a personal style blog, but I do want to involve my style a bit more. I really enjoy doing these post and I get more feedback on these than any other post, so I guess I better do more! Please tell me in the comments if you want to see more! There will be another OOTD next Tuesday featuring some cute tops!

Okay, well maybe a week isn’t too long, but to me IT IS! Papa Posh said that this dress wasn’t really me, but for €2.00 I couldn’t really say no! He was right, as I am not really a girly-girl, pretty dress kinda gal, but I think the way I have styled this makes it a totally different piece. The denim and my Dr Martens make it a lot more edgier and tougher, but the length of the dress still shows the flirty side of it. I really love the two pops of colour through the belt and the socks too! I think if this dress was any longer I wouldn’t have bought it as this length is perfect! Also don’t my Dr Martens look AWESOME?! (I think so anyway…) They look a bit green in the pictures, but hey ho! I am going to wear this outift a lot as the weather warms up!
I will have some pictures of some cupcakes we made the same day soon! I didn’t want to put them in with this post, otherwise it would have been ridiculously long!

My Style: Beside the Seaside!

By April 25, 2013 Fashion, My Style

”Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! Oh I do like to stroll along the prom, prom, prom! Where the brass band plays, ‘Tiddly-Om-Pom-Pom!”

I recently went to the seaside! We (The family) went to Arcachon near Bordeaux. It was about a 3 hour drive, but totally worth it – she says as her forehead stings from sun burn – as it was gloriously sunny and I got to wear a few of my recent purchases and I get to show you ‘my style’ for the day!

my style beside the sea my style beside the sea my style beside the seaWhat I Wore:Blue and White Floral Blouse €0.50 (Jumble Sale), Pleated Midi Skirt £6.00 (ASOS – Sale), Floral Grey Leggings (F&F), White Bead Necklace, Sunglasses (Claire’s) & Vintage White Lace Up Flats €11.00 (Jumble Sale).

my style beside the sea my style beside the seamy style beside the seamy style beside the seaPapa Posh in the reflection!

My style is rapidly changing, but in a good way. I decided to go for a more vintage style, and I think it worked okay (if I do say so myself!) All in all this was a pretty cheap outfit, and I am very proud of it. My brother decided to call me a ‘granny’, which in a way I agree with (….) but, I would say it’s ‘granny chic’ more than anything. I really like this skirt and I think I will wear it a lot this spring and summer. I also love this blouse! 50 CENTS?! It’s quite loose, but I think it’s a good thing as it makes it more comfortable and light for warmer climates. I also like wearing it with a pair of canvas trousers, and some flip flops. These shoes are also gems! They were from a stall at a jumble sale run by an Australian woman, who offered me them for €11.00 instead of €15.00 which was reasonable. They are real leather and really really well made, and I also love how they have a small heel which makes me feel all ‘clippity cloppity’ and special. Haha. 🙂 Oh, and that ice cream. THAT was delicious! We had a walk down the beach after that and it was sooooo nice! We then chased the waves (SO FUN!) and went back home. I shall leave you with these pictures. The last one is my fave! Awww!

Recent Purchases #2: Jumble Sale Bargains

By April 22, 2013 Fashion, My Style

Hello! (I really don’t know what else to say?) I hope you’re doing well! I certainly am! With the shortlist news, and now the date of my Mizz Magazine release (May 16th!), I am not too bad! So last week I did my first Recent Purchases post, and I have another! I really didn’t think I’d bought that much, but maybe I did! (JS stands for Jumble Sale below!)

recent purchases jumble sale asos charity shop haul recent purchases jumble sale asos charity shop haul recent purchases jumble sale asos charity shop haul Tie Dye Elephant Top – €1.00 (JS): This is actually a boy’s top, but I actually really like it! It looks sort of ‘rock chic’ and a bit edgy, and will look really good with a jumpsuit, and my Dr Martens.
Green Scarf – €0.50 (JS):This was a bargain! Up close it has a print of little pink and orange diamonds on it, and I knew straight away what to wear it with!
Velvet Waistcoat – €0.50 (JS): Another amazing bargain?! I think this will look great with the Elephant top, or possibly a frilly blouse!
White Canvas Trousers – €2.50 (2nd Hand Shop):I wasn’t quite sure how big or small these were at first, but I bought them anyway! I tried them on and they fit perfectly! They look really good with a nice casual top and a floppy summer hat and my new Keds!
Summer Pink Tweed Jacket – €5.00 (JS): This. OMG. I have been wanting some ‘summer tweed’ pieces so much! It is such a big trend for S/S 13, and I finally have my hands on some! It cost me €5.00 and is totally Chanel-esque. #winner
Small French Hat – (2nd Hand Shop):I can’t actually remember the price of this, but it was very cheap! My mum decided to just buy it for me even if I didn’t suit it because it is kinda’ cute! I think it is very Megan McInn-esque (Blogger – who I am soon to interview!) as she is always wearing such cute, vintage hats!
Red Faux Leather Waistcoat – €0.50 (JS):I seriously don’t know why I bought this?! We were looking at a stall which these 3 girls a bit younger than me were serving at. They said it was 50 cents and my mum paid. I am really not sure how to style this! Please tell me in the comments how you think I should!
Bright Colour Boot Socks – £7.50 (ASOS): I bought these ‘for’ my Dr Martens. I needed to buy some boot socks as I was told that if you don’t wear thick socks, they will kill your feet! I decided on these as they are bright coloured, so perfect for spring! They’re are mens, but they are actually the perfect fit, so I’m glad I bought them, but at the same time annoyed as they are now down to £5.00 in the sale! Bummer!
Vintage Box Clutch – €1.00 (JS):I have been seeing Box Clutches a lot recently, so when I saw this I had to buy it! It is very old, and has a little mirror inside which slots in to some little slits. It is really handy for holding your phone, lipsticks, any touch up make-up and even some sunglasses, so it is really practical and adds a cute touch to your outfit!

recent purchases jumble sale asos charity shop haul recent purchases jumble sale asos charity shop haul Floral and Lace Detail Dress – €3.00 (JS):This dress was originally €5.00 but I got it for 3! I was drawn to it because of the lace detailing which I think looks really pretty. I am hopefully going to take it up to knee length as I don’t really like it how it is now, but overall I am really happy with this purchase!

recent purchases jumble sale asos charity shop haul Camo Jacket – €3.00 (JS):I haven’t ever had a camo jacket! I am really happy with this one though, as it’s a slightly different fit to normal jackets, and I love the zip details! It’s a little big on the arms but I will only grow! I am going to try and get some badges and DIY it up! What do you think?

recent purchases jumble sale asos charity shop haul Mint Green Lace Blazer/Cardigan – €0.50 (JS):This is what my brother likes to call the ‘Tic Tac’ jacket. It is lovely! I haven’t got anything else in mint green (except a pair of shorts which are WAY to short now!), and this is perfect! It has 3/4 length sleeves which is great for just putting on top of something. I love the collar as well, as I think it really pulls together the jacket. This is one of my favourite purchases!

Watch out for some OOTDs coming your way soon! I may have bought a few other things yesterday too so there may also be another Recent Purchases post!… Oops! I hope you have a fab rest of your week! The sunshine’s out! Enjoy!

Recent Purchases: Jumble Sales, IKEA & ASOS

By April 8, 2013 DIY & Lifestyle, Fashion, My Style

Bonjourno! I hope you are well young soul! (Read this phrase again, in an Irish accent) It is that time again where I have want to show you what I have bought recently. Most of it is from Jumble Sales (Vide Greniers) but there are 1 or 2 other things in their too! All of the things I have bought recently have either been fashion related or just super cute, so here goes! A few other things I have bought recently will be in a post like this next week too!

recent1 recent2Scarf – €0.50: Since watching Ingrid (missglamorazzi on YouTube) and Fleur (FleurDeForce on YouTube), I have fallen in love with summer scarves! This one is super soft, and has really cute colours on which match my new Keds, and it was only 50 cents, which is like… 45p?
Keds – £37.50: My new pair are b.eaut.i.ful. I have grown out of my navy blue pair, and ASOS saved me by selling me these blue floral ones for half the price than Schuh, or the Keds site.
Clear Bowl – €1.99: I use this little gem to hold my hair clips and ties. It’s from IKEA and is really simple, and has cute doily detailing on it, I blame Lisette Henry for blogging about a similar one, I seriously have fallen in love with cute bowls and plates!
China Models – €1.00 and FREE!: Ever since I bought a similar rabbit head (NOT a real one), I have kept my eyes open. I use the blue man to hold any dainty necklaces around it’s neck, and then the rabbit, I keep on my desk, which was free! 🙂 They are super cute, and add character to my room! Aw…
Floppy Hat – €2.00: I am blaming another blogger *cough cough* Megan McInn, as she simply looks gorgeous when wearing one, so I decided to try one out myself. There are plenty on eBay, but this one was there and then, and only cost me 2 euros. BARGAIN!
Style Feed: My mum got me this as an early birthday present. It’s similar to my book ‘The Style Diaries’ as it features loads of bloggers which are well established, but some you may not of heard of. In this book, the blogs are picked out by Susie Bubble, and I found out some interesting stuff. I’m not saying it’s bad, but I do prefer ‘The Style Diaries’ as it has more blogs, and more unique ones, but either are good!
Daisy Purse – €0.20: OMG. I am so glad I got this. It cost me 20 CENTS?! There were a few others, but this one caught my eye the most, as daisies are really big this season. It is also sort of ‘Marc Jacob-esque’, I think and it will look great for summer. It’s a sort of plastic material, but that means it is waterproof, and will be good for keeping my sunglasses in.

recent3 recent4Kenzo Jungle Trousers: I bought these in this massive sports hall in a small village, where there were rows and rows of clothes. A lady selling these, asked what size I was and I didn’t really like the pattern, but I was asked to try them on. They fitted like a dream, and were comfortable. They looked nice and were Kenzo, so they were in my bag, with in a matter of seconds. €3.00 and they will look great with a t-shirt I bought at the same place (Sorry, it was still drying so I couldn’t take a picture, but it’s got an elephant on it!)
Yellow Floral Skirt: My mum picked me up this. I think it’s really cute, and will look great with a frilly blouse, and my new House of Holland socks (Darn, forgot to photograph them!). I have a pink one similar, but I love the colour yellow, so this is even better!
H Morgan Demin Jacket – €0.50: I haven’t owned a Denim Jacket for ages. The last one I had was when I was about 6 (The one here.) and I finally found one! It’s a little bit too short, but will be a nice ‘cropped’ size for summer. I will be wearing this A LOT. Plus, it was under a euro.. soo… I’m a happy chicken 🙂
Black and White Trainers – €5.00: Oops. I may have bought another pair of shoes… These are quite unusual actually, as they are converse style, but have a pointed toe, and are also shiny. I thought I’d get them for a bit of a change up, you know, try a new style and all!
Dr Martens 1460s Black Shimmer Boots – €30.00: YUP! If you don’t know already (Somebody obviously didn’t read my last post…) I now own a pair of Dr Martens! Yes, these babies slipped onto my feet yesterday and I love them! My dream was to get a black pair, but I couldn’t really say no, as these are my size and very cheap. They are sort of grey-ish, green-ish black metallic colour which I have decided, I LOVE! Seriously cannot wait to wear these. Don’t think I will be in a hurry though, it’s chucking it down 🙁

What have you bought recently? Have you bought anything similar? What are you thinking of buying soon? Make sure to tell me in the comments below!

Finally…. I own a pair of Dr Martens 1460s

By April 7, 2013 Fashion, My Style

Compose yourself Tolly, it’s just a pair of shoes…A pair of the most amazing shoes which I have been waiting soooo long for! Yes, TDP officially owns a pair of Dr Martens! The classic pair of 1460s of course. They maybe 2nd hand, but I simply do not care. I can now say the phrase, ‘I own a pair of Dr Martens’.
photo 1 photo 2 photo 3The pair of Size 5 (38) costing €30 (£25.40) slipped into my hands around about half past five today, in a small town near Castres in France. We went to a few jumble sales and Vide Greniers (french word for jumble sale kind of thing) today, to try them out, and the last one was certainly the best. We drove into the town and saw loads of cars parked everywhere, and walked up a hill where we found loads of stalls through the streets where people were living. I was hoping perhaps I may have come across a pair of these beauties, but I really wasn’t expecting it. We stopped to have ‘un barquette de frites’ (chips) for a snack, and my mum said ‘We will find you a pair‘ (Randomly). We walked on, and as I turned my head. I stopped, and ran. The pair above were sat on a table waiting to be taken away to a new home. 2 french girls were running the stall, and thought I was absolutely bonkers when I went ‘AAAAAH. DR MARTENS!! OMG!!‘ and then almost fainted (No joke, I really did). My dad then asked what size they were, I heard the number ’38’, then literally chucked them on the floor and tried them on. I slipped them on, and they fitted nicely, perhaps a little big for now, but I can only grow! They are in the best of conditions, almost like new, and nowhere near worn and stretched like you see on eBay (Where I’ve been looking for the past 7 years…). The icing on the cake was the price. €30?! Original 1460s cost about £100 RRP, so I had an amazing bargain! I swapped my boots over, and got to keep the original box too! The fact that they are pretty much identical to the ones in my DM poster, is amazing. Expect to see these babies in lots of OOTDs! I don’t think I will ever forget Sunday 7th April 2013. My first pair of Dr Martens were put on my feet. #firstandforever

Have you got Dr Martens? When and how did you get your first pair? How many pairs do you own? Make sure to tell me in the comments below!

Happy Birthday TDPFashion!

By March 29, 2013 Competitions, DIY & Lifestyle, Fashion, My Style

On March 29th 2012, exactly one year ago, the very first post of the Tolly Dolly Posh Fashion blog was published. It is now March 29th 2013, and I am proud to say, I have been blogging for one whole year. If you don’t want to read this post, don’t, because it is going to be filled with hundreds of Thank Yous, and lots of memories, so you are free to keep on scrolling down the page… (GIF via Tumblr)

cakeMy dream is to become a Fashion Designer as you know, and that is one of the reasons I started this blog. I don’t want it to be the only reason though, I don’t want it to be how I get ‘famous’. My plan in life is not to be famous, but to just be somewhere I am happy, and somewhere I am proud of myself. But, the blog has been the start of that, it’s the little seed that hopefully one day, will grow into a colourful flower, just like me. I’m only starting out my life too, I’m 12 years old, and I have still got an awful lot to learn. Again, my age isn’t something I want people to read my blog for. I want people to read it because they enjoy reading it. I want them to ignore my age whilst reading it, and then afterwards remember, that I am only 12. I hope that if you are a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reader, that you do enjoy reading my blog, and seeing what I have accomplished in 1 year, I think, perhaps, just maybe, you might? So here’s the soppy, thank you part.

TOLLY INT

I don’t want to boast, this is about sharing the successes which you have made possible for me. Okay, okay, I have made some of it possible myself (I do write the blog, you know?!), but the only reason I can get recognised is because of all of you support me, and believe that I can reach my dreams. My first big achievement was being My Celebrity Fashion’s Blogger of The Week, which was awesome! Thank You to all the team at MCF! The next one was being on Superstar Fashion Network which has over 44,000 likes on Facebook, Thank You! I have also been on Wantering as a Trendsetter which was so amazing, as I had over 130 re-blogs on their blog which was mind boggling! Thank You!! I was also nominated for a MADs Blog Award for 2013, which was amazing! (Good Luck to the finalists!) As you know March 16th for me was another amazing day! I was featured in The Telegraph Magazine that was literally insane. I cannot thank Jessica Salter who wrote the article, enough. Thank You!! Then, to have woken up last Saturday morning, to receive an email saying BBC Radio 4 would like me to speak on the ‘iPM‘ show, just made my life even more complete! WOWZA! (Click the player above to listen!) And! In even more recent news (yesterday), I tweeted an illustration of David Bowie, and it was RTed & Instagrammed by Iman (David Bowie’s Wife) who is a Fashion Designer! Thanks Iman! In a couple of weeks time I have a pretty exciting thing happening too, which you may already know about… Yes, Tolly Dolly Posh is going to be featured in Mizz Magazine! In the very next issue (the exact date will be revealed soon), you will find my face! You may not be a teen, but I used to read this magazine (when I was in the UK), and my sister used to when she was my age too, so it really is awesome!
So far in ways of stats and followers, my PB for stats is 530 which isn’t much for some bloggers, but I literally do not care, that is amazing! I have built up over 920 Followers across Facebook, Twitter, BlogLovin’ HelloCotton, and GFC. Again, I seriously just want you to know, I don’t want to boast. I am just telling you that you have supported me so much through all of these amazing achievements.

photoUnfortunately, due to the fact that I am 12 and don’t have the biggest of budgets, I couldn’t do a massive give-away, but there has been one on! It’s a little thank you for supporting me and my blog as we go on our little journey! Congratulations to the winner!

The Winner of The Harts & Crosses Earring Give-Away is…
MIA! – Teenage Beauty Blogger

I will message you ASAP with details.

So, that is it! It’s been one whole year of blogging! It’s been a very successful journey so far, and I hope from here the road is up! Thank You for all your support, it really does mean the world to me, and I am 100% grateful for it all. I mean it! TDP’s March Wishlist: Walking Down Avenue 32*

By March 25, 2013 DIY & Lifestyle, Fashion, My Style, Wishlist

Before the month ends I thought I’d share with you a few things that I have been really wanting this March! You can see February’s here! This is a designer Wishlist, and I obviously don’t have the budget for the products, but one can lust!

avenue32NO.21 Pink Lace Cotton Hawaii Tee £255.00, NO.21 Green Check Lace Shorts £315.00, Aperlai Yellow Flouro Python Gatsby Loafers £390.00, Michaela Buerger White Crochet Chiffon Jane Collar £340.00, Cutler and Gross Gold Oversized Tortoiseshell Sunglasses £340.00 & Rizzoli In Vogue £45.00 (Avenue 32).

Top: I am in LOVE with this top! It is really girly yet has that ‘surfer’ feel to it, which I think is going to be really big this summer. I think it would look great with a dip-hem maxi skirt, as well as a pair of shorts. Add a cute hat, and you’re set for a rockin’ summer!
Shorts: Again, I am so in love with these too! ‘City Shorts’ are going to be HUGE this S/S 13. The lace detailing gives them a more chic feel, and would look great not only with the Hawaii Tee, but also with a white blouse!
Loafers: These loafers are the cutest pair of loafers I have ever seen! I have never really liked the trend that much, but these have really caught my eye! They would look perfect with a Monochrome outfit or again with the top & shorts. The POP of neon, adds a casual and playful look to them.
Collar: The shorts have a lace detailing, so this would match them perfectly! It would make the outfit look really glamorous, but super casual. You could also wear it with a dip-hem LBD (Little Black Dress) and sandals, for a gorgeous seaside date!
Sunglasses: OMG. #WANT times 3 million. I need these in my life! After watching a YouTuber rock a similar pair, I have fallen in love with oversized round sunglasses. The zig zag detailing is super cool, and I have never seen anything like it!
Book: A must have for S/S has got to be a book! This book is great for any fashionista (like moi), who wants to sit back, relax and gaze at pretty pictures from Vogue… sounds like a good deal to me!

Avenue 32 have such awesome stuff, which I think all of you should go check out! Some of the stuff is so gorgeous, and if you’re thinking of spoiling yourself, you should go take a walk down Avenue 32! Enjoy!

(This is a * marked post. This is a sponsored post. None of the links above are affliate links, but I may have been gifted/payed to do the post before hand. I chose all the products myself, and I really do love them all!)

If you think that my blog is worthy of being shortlisted for the Best Teen Blog award, please nominate me in the Company Style Blogger Awards. Use the URL: http://www.tollydollyposhfashion.com Thank You.

S/S 13 Mini TDP Design Collection

By March 24, 2013 Designs, Fashion, My Style

*Deep Breath* After yesterday’s excitement of being on BBC Radio 4 (click the link to listen), I thought I would post a few designs. I haven’t posted any designs in a while, I’m sorry. I’ve been so busy recently, but now I have had a few moments to just chill, do some drawings, and show them to you! I decided to put together a ‘Mini Design Collection’ for S/S 13. It includes 5 designs, which I think would be perfect for Spring time!

SSdesign1BATHING SUITS & COVER UP: I really love mixing purple and bright colours together, because purple isn’t that dark, but it is sometimes quite hard to make it look right. I think adding a mix of florals to it, is one of the ways to make it look fabulous! I didn’t go with the classic triangle bikini top because I believe that they aren’t very practical. Especially for smaller girls who perhaps don’t have the biggest of… well, you know where I’m going. I also think the ‘bandeau’ style is more comfortable, and will also look great with a cardigan and a pair of shorts. For the one piece, I went for a classic style, but with the same print, because I think it’s good to have 2 of everything but in slightly different styles in your closet, then if you feel like covering up a bit more, you can with the costume! Speaking of covering up, I don’t know whether you can see but on the right, there is a pale lavender see through cover-up on top, again with the floral print. I want the flowers to be more opaque, so that they stand out more. (I admit, this may not be perfect for the weather at this precise moment. Unless you want to turn into an ice cube…)ssdesign2SEQUINS, OMBRE & WHITE JEANS: My first design I posted to you, I included a yellow maxi shirt, which a lot of you really liked (Thanks!), so I decided to do another one, but a ombre version. I really want this pinky/purple to be my classic ‘TDP’ colour. I have also added the belt the same but in a blue, which ties up with the bralet. I was thinking of keeping it just the bralet and the skirt, but I decided that I would add the same pale lavender see through fabric, as a top underneath. The bralet is covered in coloured sequins which I think could either be worn with a leather jacket, or as a nice piece for the beach. On the right, the same see through top is used, you may think its opaque because of the skin tone, but it is the same. The trousers would just be plain white denim, with the ‘T’ initial on the back pocket. This may look like a very basic design, but if I were to do more detailed drawings, I would try and include a little surprise which would make it extra unique.SSdesign3FLORAL & SEQUIN SHOULDER DRESS: This would be my more ‘exciting’ design of the mini collection. It mixes together all of the designs. The floral print makes it great for an evening dress, but I would make the shoulders detachable, so it would also be great for casual wear. The sequin shoulders mean they match the bralet, and also add a bit of glitz to the design. You have to have glitz! If I were to choose a celebrity to wear this at an awards, I would probably choose, Kelly Osbourne, because I think she would really suit it!
(By the way, I know that the colour swatches look like they have just come from a test page of a printer) Haha 😀

If I were to choose the make-up for the collection, I would go with a blue and green smokey eye, and a really nice blush colour. On the lips I would go for a really sheer and glossy coral colour, and with the hair, I would go for all of the above styles! For music I would go for Icona Pop – I Love It. It’s so catchy, and it has a really good feel to it!

VIEW ALL MY OTHER DESIGNS HERE

It would mean so much to me if you did NOT use these designs for your own use. I spend time and effort drawing each of these by myself. If you’d like to feature them for any particular reason please get in touch, through the Contact page. Thank You.

Again, if you missed my interview on BBC Radio 4 you can listen to it by clicking this link! It was an amazing experience and I’d like to thank BBC Radio 4, so so much!

If you feel my blog deserves it, please nominate it as ‘Best Teen Blog‘ in the Company Style Blogger Awards. Please use the URL: http://www.tollydollyposhfashion.com Thank You! (Nominations close on April 10th)

Tolly Dolly Posh on BBC Radio 4!

By March 23, 2013 Fashion, My Style

bbc4This is very late notice! I had an email this morning saying that BBC would like me to talk about Kids Fashion Week which I did a post on, and I was so amazed! I was asked some questions about the fashion industry as a child, and a few more about how I think Kids Fashion Week should be done. It was amazing experience and I hope you enjoy it too:

My Style: Venetian Masque Parade

By March 19, 2013 Fashion, My Style

A couple of days ago we went out to a town near us called ‘Castres‘ (Click the link to see what I got up to there, last time!) and we went to see a Venetian ‘Masque’ Parade, which at first looked terrible, it just looked like a few men dressed up on stage singing old Venetian songs, so we were pretty annoyed as I had bought my real Venetian ‘Masque’ to wear, and my snazzy-ma-gee camera to take pictures of the whole event. We decided to go round the corner to the well known ‘Musee Goya’ or ‘Goya Museum’ which is dedicated to the artist ‘Goya’. A few Police men passed our way whilst walking to it, and then we saw police cars, and people sitting on the side of the road… we then looked through the gates of the museum, and saw the most amazing looking costumes ever. Get in, I did have a blog post to write! Anyway, as you can imagine it was pretty exciting to find it all, so I took some pictures, and did an OOTD for you. Sono così brillante! (I’m so brilliant! – Sarcasm, okay?!)

OOTD OOTD2 OOTD3What I Wore:Aztec Blazer £1.50 (eBay – Copper Garden), Jumpsuit (Matalan), Leather Belt (Charity Shop), Stripey Top (Saint James), Converse Style Trainers £7.99 (H&M) & Real Venetian ‘Masque’ (VENICE!!)Please excuse the messy hair, it was raining, and I was wearing a mask okay?

colour colourarms colourclosephoto 1This dude, okay I officially love you man (Haha, that’s a film if you exclude the officially and okay), I love the prints and the necklace 🙂 This design actually reminded me of Daniel Lismore (Hi, if you’re reading this!), because of the amazing fabrics etc, maybe you could get some inspiration for the next collection?

cakes cakescloseWOW! I love cupcakes, and I love colour, again, I now officially love you. The colour of the dress was incredible, seriously incredible. You can see how much time and effort has gone into these costumes (They are all handmade by the person wearing them). I wish I could’ve eaten one of those cakes… yum! (I know they’re fake, a girl can dream)

photo 3 photo 4Now this lady, she was special. She played music through her head, you see that massive hat with all those amazing feathers in? Yeah, well that had a speaker in it! Heavy! Ouch! I really like the top, and actually I do like the skirt, I perhaps wouldn’t wear them at the same time, but I sure would love them both! #WANT.

photo 4 photo 5Stop right there (Thank you very much, I need somebody with the human touch)! I need those trousers. Need! I don’t want, I need them. They are so cool! I don’t even care that they have been worn by a man, I wish I could be him in that picture. Seriously, if anyone knows where I can find a pair similar, message me!

There are LOADS more pictures, here they are below in a gallery if you fancy a browse. They really are extravagant and I just love them all! You really should take a look:

If you’d like to use any of the images above for any particular reason, please Contact me by using the Contact Form here, please use the Subject: ‘Parade Pictures’. This is so I know where they will be used, even if the images have got my watermark on them.

Aren’t they all just fabulous?! Except from the rain, it was such a cool event, and one day, I will design a collection inspired by it all! Just you wait! *Optimistic Fairy*
