~ MERRY CHRISTMAS ~

This is just a quick little blog post to wish you all a Merry Christmas (if you celebrate it, of course)! I hope that you all have a lovely few days relaxing and chilling out with your family and friends and spoiling them rotten with love and kisses (and presents if you really wanted to go that far… 😉🎁). I thought I’d give a quick mini Polaroid photo shoot a go for today’s post… it’s quite tricky getting the lighting perfect in each one, but I hope you like the idea!

If you’re not with friends or family this Christmas, go out in to your communities and share the love and spirit because that’s what it’s all about… and if you don’t celebrate, I really hope you’re having a lovely holiday nonetheless and are getting excited for the New Year! I’m 16 next year… crazy times, people! Crazy times.

Oh and just so you know, I’m once again wearing my beautiful New Look jumper* (I styled it up over here last Christmas), with a few accessories from the awesome Claire’s*. I’ll definitely be taking a few more silly snaps tomorrow… who knows, maybe Father Christmas will pop some more gorgeous items under my tree? 😏🎅 Who knows… *sigh*

This Make-Up List is inspired by the Pixiwoo video on Youtube, and it is pretty much what it says on the tin. It is a natural golden Party Make-Up, which is great for the camera. So here it is!…

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream Universal Glow £7.99, Maybelline NY Dream Soft Blush Peach No 2 £6.49, Accessorize Volumising Mascara Jet Black £4.95, Accessorize Merged Eyeshadow Golden Caramel £3.95, MUA Professional Primer £4.00, 2true Plumptuous Lip Gloss No 6 Rose Pink £1.99 & Accessorize Chrome One Coat Nail White Gold £3.45 (All from Superdrug).

This look really needs a light foundation, one which really looks fresh and hydrated, which will look great on camera. It also needs a cream blush, because it will look a lot brighter and a bit more natural. It also involves using a primer, which you can get from MUA. You can also make one yourself, by just mixing Foundation & Moisturiser together in a small container! But, this primer is so affordable, and is totally long lasting. I have seen that this mascara is totally recommended on other fashion & beauty blogs, so I think it is a great one to use.

Yes, X Factor Ella Henderson wore this dress! So it’s extra special! I actually spotted her wearing it, and was like ‘Hey, look that’s from River Island.’ Ha. Anyway, I love it and could be used for many other special occasions. Add it with these peep toe heels, for a bit more sophistication.

I love this dress because it is so easy to work. These Bow Back shoes, look so elegant, and all you need to do is add black tights! This dress is also perfect for curvier women, as it brings them out in the best way possible!
